RD&T Software Engineer OUTSIDE IR35 Contract Monday to Friday (Days) Leamington Spa RD&T Software Engineer Job Description: Develop and maintain software tools for tolerance analysis, variation simulation, and robust design, enabling engineers to evaluate product performance under real-world variability. Implement statistical models and algorithms (e.g., Monte Carlo simulation, Design of Experiments) to analyse variation, predict risk, and support data-driven design decisions. Integrate RD&T solutions with CAD and PLM systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality engineering to translate requirements into scalable and user-friendly software solutions. Create data visualisations and reporting tools to communicate analysis results, highlight key risks, and support robust design practices across the product lifecycle.RD&T Software Engineer Essential Skills: Proven experience working with RD&T Technology Manufacturing environment experience (Automotive is advantageous)
