My client is looking for someone with the energy and ambition to help lead this journey, working closely alongside their recently recruited Head of Marketing. The market for the company's products is huge and many of its products are unique and cannot be sourced elsewhere. Consequently, the business operates at healthy profit margins, which provides the scope to offer generous terms to colleagues. Candidate does not need to have experience in a similar industry, however, they must have an interest in the car engine industry. Must have minimum of two years in a management role, for example operations manager or project manager. Role Status: Role has come about due to growth. Reports into the Managing Director (Owner) Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility within core hours, e.g. 8-4, 9-5.
