Staffline is recruiting for a Cabin Quality Supervisor to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport. The rate of pay is between £13.66- £16.90 per hour. This full-time role offers rotating shifts on a 5 on/3 off pattern. Days, Afternoons, and Nights are available but workers must be flexible. *Offering employment is subject to various background checks such as DBS/ 5-year referencing*. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years residence in the UK. A full UK Manual Driving License must be held. Your Time at Work The responsibilities of a Cabin Quality Supervisor include: - Being responsible for leading a team of three or more aircraft cleaners during the operational day - Coaching and supervision - Reporting to the duty manager on shift - Cleaning is required as part of this role - Ensure team collaboration - Focus on Health and Safety in all aspects of the teams' tasks - Motivating teams to complete the job right the first time - Completing audits - Performance management and quality check Our Perfect Worker Our perfect Cabin Quality Supervisor will have strong communication and leadership skills. Cabin Quality Supervisors must have people management skills, show good attention to detail and observe all health and safety and airport regulations. A full UK Manual Driving License must be held. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates will be asked to provide references covering the last 5 years of employment - and personal references for any gaps in employment. Candidates must be willing to undergo a DBS and CTC check. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years residence in the UK. Previous managing experience is required for this role.
