Job Title: Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor Location: Harlesden, London, NW10 Salary: Industry Leading Salary + Bonus Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday Our client is a large national Accident Repair Business, they have got a new large Accident Repair Bodyshop site based in Harlesden, NW10 which will handle a mixture of Commercial Vehicles and Cars. They are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer from first contact to vehicle collection. ​ Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone * Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and updates throughout the process * Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication * Handle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally * Keep accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail ​ What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Service Advisor role in a Car Dealership or Bodyshop Environement * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently * Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly * A genuine passion for delivering great service ​ What our client Offer: * Competitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunities * Ongoing training and career development * A supportive, team-focused working environment ​ Immediate interview and start date available.
