SGB Workshop Foreman   Salary starting from £37,912 - £45,828 plus excellent benefits package! Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern 06:00 - 14:30 | 14:00 - 22:30  As the Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the Workshop, Scheduling and organising workload to meet our customers needs. You will lead and supervise a team of skilled technicians,providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. You possess excellent communication skills where you will foster an environment to allow everyone to have opportunity to develop and grow. Excellent Health and Safety knowledge is highly important as you will be expected to ensure safety protocols are followed for a secure and safe working environment.  Key responsibilities: Oversee all Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop. Be the go-to for any support required for Technician and workshop staff. Ensure that working conditions in the workshop are safe and adhered to. Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure work is authorised to a high standard. Ensuring there is a steady flow of work through the workshop. Estimate both mechanical and body repairs to vehicles and trailers.
