Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead their workshop operations. Key Responsibilities: As Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service workshop, combining leadership with hands-on technical involvement. Duties include: Acting as the main point of contact for customers and workshop-related queries Coordinating workshop loading and job allocation based on skills, availability, and priority Providing hands-on technical support and leadership to engineers Ensuring service documentation and Truck File records are accurate and compliant Carrying out quality checks on completed work and service records Monitoring parts usage and controlling costs Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed Completing reports and administrative tasks accurately and on time Managing staff attendance, holidays, appraisals, discipline, and absence Coaching and mentoring team leaders to meet service level agreements Ensuring GDPR compliance and regulatory standards are maintainedRequirements: Proven experience in a Workshop Foreman or supervisory role Hands-on technical background in vehicle servicing and repairs Relevant mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent – commercial vehicles preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills PCV/HGV Licence (highly desirable) Advanced diagnostics knowledge and DVSA standards awareness (desirable)What’s on Offer: Competitive salary package Career development and progression opportunities Supportive team environment Free on-site parking Exclusive discountsHow to Apply: Interested?
