We’re hiring for a sharp, ambitious operator to join a fast-growing global automotive brand importing vehicles from their manufacturing facility the Far East. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be at the heart of the operation—making sure vehicles move seamlessly from ship to showroom. What you’ll be doing * Owning the end-to-end vehicle journey from international shipment to UK dealer delivery * Making sure vehicles arrive on time, to schedule and to spec * Managing vehicle compounds, stock control, and handling processes * Coordinating outbound logistics to keep the dealer network fully supplied * Using vehicle tracking systems and data to maintain full visibility and control * Working closely with logistics partners and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly Who this is for * An ambitious team player with minimum 3–4 years’ experience in automotive, logistics, or supply chain * Someone smart, proactive, and ready to take the next step up * Strong IT skills and confident working with systems and data * Experience or exposure to vehicle tracking systems is a big plus * Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware Why apply? * £55,000 – £60,000 salary + bonus + benefits * Real ownership and visibility in a global brand * Fast-paced, high-responsibility environment * Clear progression for high performers If you’re looking for a role where you can step up, take control, and accelerate your career—this is it.
