Whether it’s from the minute learners walk through the door of the National Learning Centre or logging into their Virtual Classroom live in their Retailer, trainers deliver the skills and knowledge required technicians to do their job to the best of their ability, inspiring them to be the best they can be. Salary & Benefits £37,000 if you are new to training with an increase on the successful completion of probation. Up to £39,270 for Service Trainer Up to £40,290 for Diagnostic Trainer Up to £42,000 for Senior Trainer Up to £43,860 for Master Trainer Experienced trainers will be aligned to the appropriate level from day one. Plus a car allowance of £328.50 per month (£3,942 per year). In addition, we will invest up to £10,000 (for new technical trainers) in your personal development within the first 18 months of employment, to include: Certificate in Training Delivery Certificate in Online Facilitation Certificate in Facilitation Factory (brand specific) Accreditation Induction Health & Safety Training IMI Assessor Accreditation 25 Days Paid Annual Leave.
