As an integral part of the companies European division, this role is focused on managing Supplier Quality across their impressive award winning product range. You will be responsible for overseeing the Supply Base, supporting projects within the UK, as well as European, and South American facilities as well as the following responsibilities; Executing root cause analysis to ensure satisfaction at plant and external level Evaluating trends and performance at both the supplier and plant level Overseeing the PPAP and APQP processes at supply-base level and managing process integration into the plant Supporting corrective actions with base as well as facilitating correction action meetings Analysing and auditing parts and processes Measuring and analysing trends to reduce any potential issues Conducting external visits to sites within the supply-chain Collaborating with the wider business to integrate activities to the supplier baseTo be successful in the role of Supplier Quality Manager you will have already been working in a similar role with experience of supplier process management, as well as the following; Education to degree level in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Science etc) Proficiency with PPAP, APQP, MSA and PFMEA processes Experienced in quality methodologies such as Poke Yoke and Root Cause Analysis Internal and External auditing experience Ability to prepare and conduct presentations to a high levelIn return, as the Supplier Quality Manager you will receive the following salary and benefits.
