Our Client: Is a specialist manufacturer of high-complexity, ultra-tight tolerance components for aero-engine, power generation and air-frame applications. Our client has extensive machining capabilities supported by a highly experienced engineering team and special processes, allowing the company to take on the toughest aerospace engineering challenges. Your Role: Assembling aerospace components, fasteners, inserts. Deburring, sanding and finishing operations for machined components. Pressure Testing: Pneumatic and Hydraulic. Part Marking: Dot Peen, Chem-Etching, Ink Jetting, Vibro. Ultra Sonic cleaning and degreasing. Tapping threaded holes. Support the loading and unloading of heat treatment furnaces. Appropriate training and shadowing work will be completed to ensure processes are understood and explained. An initiative and drive to learn skills are essential for someone to do well in this role.
