Parts Sales Manager - Wolverhampton Basic Salary - £33,500 OTE - £40,500 Great Benefits Package -   Our client, a busy Franchised Parts Centre have the requirement for an experienced Parts Sales Manager to join their Centre Management Team.   Parts Sales Manager responsibilities   As a Parts Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:   Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved. Monitor sales performance against KPI's. Communicate team and individual sales targets. Monitor team performance. Implement promotional activities and campaigns and communicate with your sales team. Attend weekly centre management meetings to report on sales and marketing. Maintain your own knowledge as well as that of your team and provide training accordingly. Motivate, coach and support your sales team. Carry out 1:1 performance reviews and monitor individual achievement vs KPI's. Recruit new Sales Team members as required. Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times. Monitor delivery schedules to improve service levels.   Experience, Skills & Qualifications   Essential Requirements:   Minimum of 2 years current Parts Management experience in a Parts Hub, Dealership or Motor Factor environment. Full UK Driving Licence   Desirable Requirements:   Parts Sales Management Experience Manufacturer/Franchised Dealership Experience Kerridge or Pinnacle Experience   Remuneration & Benefits   Basic Salary of £33,500 On Target Earnings of £40,500 Great Benefits Package
