Key Purpose Operate within the FP&A function in relation to on-going reporting processes for group financial results. Provide key analysis to the business planning processes and creation of future financial projections. Key contributor to financial reporting projects.Summary of Responsibilities Participation in the monitoring and reporting of the global group management results and projections, including comparison to relevant KPIs. Perform on-going analysis and communication of global results with comparison to prior year, trend and expectation. This includes providing management with relevant reporting and commentary. Actively participate in the communication of the group result to the parent organisation through the completion and review of IFM packages. In addition, provide counterparties in SG periodic reporting regarding joint ventures. Control, review and develop an understanding of group normative allocations including K0, CGM allocations and overhead costs for both actuals and budget. Support in the delivery of the group budget and forecast processes including analysis, model development, preparation and reporting. Support of other departmental projects as required to deliver improvements to the global group financial planning and analysis capabilities. This includes financial model management and development, and the use of group systems and databases. Preparation of financial models and analysis for use in regard to initiatives such as country performance evaluation, trend analysis, profitability analysis, company valuations, and overhead spend reporting. Actively assist in the understanding and control of the group RWA position. Develop effective working relationships with country finance teams, other ALD SA departments and SG colleagues. Undertake relevant training as provided by the company. Ensure compliance with approved company, statutory and regulatory policies/proceduresEssential Criteria Professional Accountancy Studier (or a commitment to undertake studies within the first 12 months after probation) OR a minimum of 3 years work experience in a financial role.
