Fast-Fit Branch Manager required for Successful Automotive Fast-Fit Centre in the Maidstone area.   Our Client is seeking a Fast-Fit Branch Manager to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.   Benefits: Promoting and maintaining the company’s image by acting as a brand ambassador Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Maximising sales volume to achieve profitability and meet financial targets Coordinating and supervising the work of autocentre staff, providing support and guidance as required Carrying out repairs and fitting parts, maintaining active hands-on involvement in workshop operations Ensuring the security of stock and finances, taking responsibility for any discrepancies or losses Upholding company housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentDuties: Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements: Have a previous working experience within a similar role Strong Leadership skills A full and valid UK Driving Licence Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Fast-Fit Branch Manager role are Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
