The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Coachbuilder / Fabricator / Welder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly renovated, workshop, contributing to bespoke builds, repairs, and modifications while helping shape the future of the business. The Role * Fabrication and assembly of vehicle bodies and components * Welding (MIG/TIG) and structural repairs * Cutting, drilling, riveting, and fitting components * Repairing and replacing panels and structural sections * Supporting bespoke vehicle builds and modifications * Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety What We’re Looking For Essential: * Proven experience as a Coachbuilder, Fabricator, or Welder * Strong welding and fabrication skills * Confident using hand, power, and air tools * Ability to think on your feet to find solutions to problems * High attention to detail and pride in your work * Ability to work independently and within a team Desirable: * Time-served or relevant qualifications - carpentry, cabinet making, vehicle electrics, plumbing, gas installations. * Experience in bespoke or custom builds What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Monday–Friday working pattern with overtime and weekend work available * Newly renovated, fully equipped workshop * Tea room/breakout room * Opportunity to request tools and equipment * Long-term role in a growing, forward-thinking business Join PB Coachbuilders and Commercials and be part of building something from the ground up
