Read more… About M Group Services Plant and Fleet and your team With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services. We provide our business with more than 9,000 vehicles and over 25,000 owned or externally hired plant assets. Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors. The Plant & Fleet Service Team are responsible for the service maintenance and repair of a fleet of HGV, LCV and plant equipment. As the Yard Person, you’ll get the opportunity to: Ensure the yard area and workshop is kept clean and tidy Responsible for parking of plant and vehicles in safe manor Prepare, minor repairs, painting & steam cleaning of plant and vehicles Forklift usage in the yard and workshop Collection and delivery of vehicles Working with the workshop staff the movement and preparation of plant Facilitating of 3rd party working on site by service providers Control of external collections and deliveries within the yard On site control of M Group Services contracts using yard area facility Day-to-day communication across front and back office functions Ensure that all Safely, Healthy, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures are adhered to, adopting a safe method of working at all timesWhat you’ll bring?
