Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Sittingbourne, Kent The role entails (but is not limited to): Motivating and encouraging excellence within staff  Day to day staff management - approving timesheets, developing staff, appraisals, disciplining, training, etc.  Responding to customer enquiries and communication Planning workloads Monitoring health and safety and ensuring that all staff and visitors comply with health and safety procedures General administration support Ensuring that all depot and warehouse stock checks are conducted in line with procedure Assisting with recruitment when needed  Assisting with any ad hoc tasks when needed  Ensuring that pick/pack and dispatch operations are processed meticulously in line with processes and procedures.  Monitoring warehouse KPI's  The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse role Previous experience working in a supervisory/team leader role would be beneficial Good attention to detail  Confidence speaking with both staff and customers  Good communication skills  Good organisation skills  Other details: The hourly rate of pay for this position is £12.90 per hour  This is up to 40 hours per week
