This is a hands-on role focusing on dismantling, refitting, and polishing vehicle components, primarily on campervans and specialist vehicles. Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Stripper/Fitter: Strip vehicles for refurbishment or painting, removing panels, trims, and fittings safely Refit panels, trims, and other components with precision Polish vehicle surfaces to a high standard of finish Ensure all work meets manufacturer and workshop quality standards Support colleagues across the workshop to ensure efficient workflowRequirements needed for the Vehicle Stripper/Fitter role: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a bodyshop or specialist vehicle environment Strong understanding of panel fitting, dismantling, and polishing techniques High attention to detail and quality-focused Good communication and teamwork skillsWhat’s on Offer?
