Joining their dynamic team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager. The role encompasses comprehensive Sales and vehicle administration, as well as handling Warranty complaints across two sites. Key responsibilities of a Vehicle Administrator include: Preparing and submitting all warranty claims for approval and payment. Supporting customers throughout the claims process and documenting complaints on the log. Ensuring meticulous alignment of all documentation with company guidelines. Accurately preparing invoices and warranty claims according to departmental standards. Verifying completion and correctness of repair order documentation. Promptly addressing all policy claims. Assisting with general office administration tasks. Communicating progress on complaints to management. Submitting completed deal files by month end. Supporting the Head Accountant with additional tasks as required. Experience and knowledge of the car industry are beneficial. Highly motivated and efficient. Managing new vehicle stock placement. Processing used vehicle purchases. Completing transactions via DVLA online systems.
