Maybe you're a Senior Technician, Workshop Controller, Parts Manager or experienced Service Advisor who's built years of technical knowledge, but you'd like a role that's a little less physical, and a lot more about using your expertise to convert enquiries into Workshop Activity. What You'll Be Doing Producing accurate repair estimates from technician findings. Explaining repairs in plain English—no jargon. Discussing repair options and answering customer questions. Converting genuine enquiries into authorised work through trust, not pressure. Using modern garage management systems, AI tools and online technical data. Working closely with technicians to ensure customers receive the right advice. They're looking for:- Has strong automotive technical knowledge. Can confidently explain complex repairs to customers. Enjoys building relationships and communicating with people. Is organised, process-driven and comfortable using technology. Wants a long-term career with a growing business.
