Technical Lead  Electric Machines, Power Electronics, Control Systems  Abingdon  Competitive Salary Plus Excellent Benefits Package   Do you experienced as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead, delivering advanced engineering solutions across electric machines, power electronics and/or control systems seeking to work with an organisation that is at the forefront of their industry working with some of the world most established and prestigious OEM's, 1st Tier Suppliers and SME'.  As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the technical management of Advanced Engineering projects at an Automotive Innovation Centre in Abingdon, UK. The Technical Lead will be responsible for: Technical specification and delivery of advanced engineering projects within e-powertrain, electric machines and/or control systems for innovation projects Work with Team Managers and cross functional teams to ensure robust target and requirements cascade to make sure the projects are delivered within time, costs and budgetary constraints  Manage technical risk and lead prompt concern resolution, providing containment solutions when necessary Propose process and method improvements to develop capability To apply for this Technical Lead role, you must be able to manage complex projects, deliver technical solutions within an innovation environment, lead technical aspects of a project and work closely with stakeholders during development phases of the project through to launch, being an effective problem solver.
