Taking ownership of daily service booking approvals, helping ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Collaborating with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings. Taking pride in precision, achieving 100% accuracy in all administrative activities. Communicating professionally and confidently via phone and email,representingJCT600 with clarity and care. What we’re looking for:  Previous experience in an automotive customer support role. (preferable) Strong communicationand organisational skills.
