Working at their state of the art dealership in Wakefield you will be welcomed into a friendly team and family run business  Job Duties Include: - Responsible for maximising renewals and enhancing customer attention - Contact customers via phone to book appointments - Speak and liaise with customers who are pre-booked to showcase upcoming developments on vehicles - Uncover renewal opportunities generally utilised from end of term and early renewal prospects - Maintain accurate records including process updates from prospects identified to successfully renewed Requirements: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Passion for the Automotive Industry and their customers is advantageous - Excellent organisational skills - Experience in appointment setting/telesales is advantageous for this role Reasons to Apply for this role: - Working with a Developing and an established brand - Strong Bonus Scheme! - Training available where required - Prestigious brand!
