Role: Regional Service Manager Location: Essex Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday Salary: Up to £64,000 pa DOE We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Regional Service Manager to take full responsibility for the performance, safety, and growth of multiple Service Centre operations. This is a key leadership position focused on ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continued business growth. You will lead a combination of office-based staff, workshop personnel, and mobile engineers, ensuring a consistent and high-level service offering to customers. What you’ll do: * Oversee daily activity across multiple service locations, maintaining high standards of service delivery * Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations * Monitor operational performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions * Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior escalation point when required * Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation * Lead workforce planning to optimise productivity and efficiency * Support, mentor, and develop team members to create a positive and performance-driven working environment * Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and contribute to overall business development Ideal Candidate: * Proven background in an operational leadership role within a service, engineering, or automotive-related environment * Experience managing diverse teams across multiple functions * Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and performance targets * Good working knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards within a technical or workshop setting * Willingness to travel nationwide as part of the role If you are interested in this role please apply and one of our consultants will be in touch
