Position:              Regional Service Manager Location:             Coalville Salary:                  £42,652 + Company Car + Benefits package Hours:                  M-F 8.30am-5.00pm (39 hrs) Contract:             Full time Permanent position Benefits:             Annual company profit based bonus (5% of salary) 25 days holiday + all bank holidays Enhanced pension scheme Death in service x 4 Career progression opportunities   Regional Service Manager opportunity My client, a well-established commercial vehicle manufacturer and fleet maintenance company is actively seeking to add an experience Regional Service Manager to their team in Coalville.  You will be responsible for the region in delivering the highest levels of customer service as expected from a Customer Support Centre (CSC). Ensuring the CSC operates in an efficient, safe and profitable manner. To assist the Service Operations Manager to maximise all potential opportunities within the defined region. Working closely with the workshop manager and regional team to ensure that all company systems and procedures are implemented and followed at all times. Regional Service Manager duties Make sure good customer relationships are built and maintained within the region by working closely with the Regional Sales Managers operating in the region to deliver a unified approach Ensure regular customer reviews & site visits are conducted by ensuring handover and an introduction to aftersales is completed for all machines delivered into the region either by attending personally or assigning another member of the team to complete. Monitor depot financial performance in order to maximise the depot profitability by delivering increased revenue, reduction of costs, increased efficiency and generation of new work. Promote & maintain the contractually maintained equipment population within the region with a view of growing this area of business year on year in line with company objectives. Conduct annual and probationary personal appraisals of all depot staff as directed through the Service Operations Manager and the Personnel Dept Identify technician training needs through regular performance reviews and evaluations identifying additional training needs in conjunction with the Technical Training Manager Lead the depot and field engineering support team to respond to customer requirements Assist the Controllers with the prioritising of the engineer workload to ensure that all work is covered in good time.
