Key Responsibilities: - Service, repair, and support heavy plant equipment at customer premises and service sites. - Deliver operator and “train the trainer” training as required. - Conduct inspections to ensure work meets high safety and quality standards. - Manage jobs efficiently, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams. - Complete accurate documentation and job reports. Skills, Experience, and Education: - Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. - Knowledge/Expertise: A qualified engineer (NVQ/C&G Level 3 or equivalent) with strong diagnostic skills and experience in maintenance and repair of heavy plant or similar equipment. - Innovation: Confident in reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Business Impact: Customer-focused, flexible, and willing to travel nationwide and work away from home when needed.
