Shift Details * Rotating Shift: £13.08 AM (Apply online only) and PM (Apply online only) shifts * Night Shift: £14.20 per hour Key Responsibilities * Material Preparation and Assembly: Clean, polish, and prepare materials for production. * Product Assembly: Assemble products following detailed specifications and quality standards. * Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks safely and accurately. * Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards. * Production Support: Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. * Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues. Requirements * Tool & Machinery Knowledge: Experience with hand tools and machinery operation. * Production Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred. * Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and ensure high quality. * Physical Stamina: Capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting as needed. * Team Player: Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork. * Industry Background: Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
