In the role of Sales Executive, taking pride in delivering an exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do is paramount. As part of a hardworking, motivated and passionate team you will create long-lasting relationships with customers, that return again and again. The successful candidate will have 12 months’ experience working in an automotive retail environment, &/or working in prestige sales environment. Basic salary commences at £20,000 (with a monthly guarantee of £1,041.00 per month for the first 3 months), and an OTE of £45,000. There is scope to earn a lot more, as the highest achievers are doing (£65,000+). Hours of work are 8:30am – 6:00pm; Each week sees a day off in the week and we have every other weekend off (hence some weeks are 6 days, others are 4 days, averaging 40 hours per week / 5 days per week). Bank Holidays are ‘every other one’ worked (11:00am – 4:00pm), with a day off in lieu for those worked. A company car and fuel card accompany the benefits package.
