Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying high-quality paint finishes to a range of aerospace products. Working to strict standards and specifications, you will ensure that all surfaces are finished to the highest levels of accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities * Prepare product surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and masking. * Apply undercoats and topcoats using a variety of application techniques. * Mix and thin paints in accordance with technical specifications. * Conduct visual inspections to verify quality and finish uniformity. * Maintain compliance with company procedures and client standards. * Ensure proper care and basic maintenance of painting equipment. * Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. About You * Proven experience in paint finishing, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing. * Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. * Familiarity with various paint types and application methods. * Ability to interpret technical specifications and work instructions. * A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
