Materials Planning & Logistics Manager Titchfield | £95,000> + Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance The Role We're recruiting for a senior leadership opportunity within a growing manufacturing business undergoing significant transformation and expansion. With the site experiencing 28.4% growth, this role has been identified as one of only 18 global priority positions, offering a genuine opportunity to shape the future of the operation. The Role Reporting directly to the Site Manager and sitting on the Site Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end planning and logistics activities across two key operational streams: OEM Production Aftermarket RepairsYou'll lead and drive performance across: Production & Materials Planning Stores Operations Global Logistics & Distribution Shipping, Dispatch & Trade Compliance Standardisation & Transformation Initiatives The site ships approximately 80,000 parts every month to customers worldwide.Team Leadership You'll lead teams of around 80 employees, including: Shipping Team (~40) Stores Team (~40)You'll also influence key stakeholders across production planning and logistics functions within a matrix environment.
