Gain hands-on shopfloor experience by assisting with manufacturing support, process improvements and problem-solving activities. Learn to create and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, routings, SOPs, inspection plans, PFMEAs and FAIR documentation. Assist with investigating manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions using industry-standard root cause analysis tools such as 5Y, 3C, and 8D.  Graduate Manufacturing Engineer Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
