Branch Manager / Garage Manager Required in Cranleigh, Surrey  Pay: £32,000 - £36,000 Per Annum + Monthly Bonus Hours: 8 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays if required Our client a large Family Run Automotive Garage Group are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch / Garage Manager to take the helm at their well-established independent Car Garage centre in Cranleigh. Since 1985, our client has been synonymous with quality service, specialising in tyres, maintenance and repairs, and MOT testing and has an excellent reputation with their customers and employees. If you are passionate about cars, excel in customer service, and have a strong technical background, our client wants to hear from you now!  Key Responsibilities of the Garage Manager: Take ownership of customer needs and efficiently manage the retail desk in fast paced automotive garage environment. Supervise and lead a team of up skilled motor vehicle technicians  Book jobs, interact with customers, and maximise sales opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the reputation of our prestigious centre. Training, motivating and working with your vehicle technicians ensuring they skill up and trained to the best of their ability  Ensure the Health and Safety standards of the site are adhered to.Core Skills Required: Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who is deeply passionate about cars and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for someone who wants to imprint their personality on the business, engaging with both customers and staff. Strong leadership, multitasking abilities, and a good technical understanding are crucial. A solid knowledge of vehicle mechanics and experience in the automotive industry is essential.
