My client in Warndon, Worcestershire is currently in need of a Electronics Assembly Technician The role: Experience Required * Proven experience in assembling printed circuit boards and electronic modules. * Skilled in interpreting Bills of Materials and schematic drawings. * Proficient in soldering through-hole components, including rework and assembly. * Competent in performing basic wiring tasks such as loom manufacturing. * Familiarity with in-process inspection using appropriate measuring tools to ensure quality. * Strong understanding of technical drawings, with the ability to identify errors and suggest improvements. * Experience using hand tools such as soldering irons, pliers, cutters, and desoldering equipment. * A background in maintaining clean and safe working environments in line with ISO quality procedures. Attributes * High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * Strong dexterity and vision for working with small components, sometimes under magnification. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. * Proactive team player with a dependable work ethic and willingness to share ideas for improving efficiency.
