Our client is in search of a dedicated Duty Manager to join their team permanently. In this role, you will shoulder responsibility for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring unwavering standards of customer service excellence. You'll play a pivotal role within the management team, identifying training requirements, conducting staff assessments, and providing guidance and inspiration through coaching initiatives. Role: Duty Manager Location: Hampshire Hours: Full time, rotating shift pattern.
