Position: CAD/ Design Engineering Consultant (NX) Location: UK (Remote Working) Contract Length: 12 Months Start Date: September About the Company Contechs is recruiting experienced CAD/ Design Engineering Consultants on behalf of a prestigious Luxury Automotive OEM based in the UK (remote working). Job Description As a CAD Engineering Consultant (NX), you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of automotive components and systems, ensuring high-quality CAD deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Create and develop high-quality 3D CAD models using Siemens NX. Prepare Part Manufacturing Information (PMI), either model-based or through 2D drawings. Manage engineering data within the Teamcenter PLM system. Support the preparation and release of Engineering Release Packs. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design requirements are met. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years' experience using Siemens NX. Proven experience within Automotive Body Structures, Interiors, or Exteriors. Strong working knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter (essential). Experience creating and maintaining complex 3D CAD models. Understanding of engineering release processes and PLM data management. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Why work through Contechs?
