This busy role would be perfect for someone who has worked within Breakdown recovery of vehicles up to HGV, Fleet or transport ! Day to day duties are: * Taking incoming calls from customers regarding there vehicle breakdown recovery * Arranging the recovery of the vehicle within the customers SLA’s * Nationwide recovery using both inho9use and subcontractor recovery fleet * Recording information accurately and updating systems * Allocating and dispatching the appropriate resource * Updating the customers through-out If you have previous experience dealing with breakdown calls / planning routes etc then this role is for you! * Salary - £24000 to £30000 * Working hours are 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am * 28 days holiday * Private medical * Pension plan * Performance related bonus There is also the opportunity to do overtime Come and join up to 50 controllers where training and development is at the forefront of this company’s mind!
