Role - Bodyshop Admin Location - Manchester Salary - £27,190 pa Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a main car dealership in Manchester to find them an experienced Bodyshop Administrator. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm, and every other Saturday morning 8am-12:30pm Your main duties and responsibilities as Bodyshop Administrator will include: * Provide a first-class service to customers face to face or over the phone. You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills with a focus on detail. * You will quickly identify the needs of the customer, as well as identify opportunities to upsell. * You will have the ability to work to tight timescales within a busy environment, creating long-lasting relationships with customers. * They will also expect you to be a team player who is continually focused on the needs of the customer, ensuring they deliver exceptional and efficient service.
