You will need a minimum of 2 years previous Automotive Experience. To fulfil this role we require you to have the following criteria. * To have previous experience in role & industry * To have a passion for customer service and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers and staff alike to resolve any conflicting situations calmly and reasonably * To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment recognising individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the overall team * To have the ability to keep up-to-date with complex information, proven selling skills and good analytical and problem-solving skills * To have excellent administration and organisational skills, with great diary management and ensuring updates are completed within agreed time-frames * To have the skill and desire to succeed, ensuring your team is the best Responsibilities * To ensure all customer vehicles are fully repaired and serviced according to manufacturer standards and within agreed time frames * To communicate with the customer regarding the repairs and any additional work required, providing excellent customer service and duty of care * To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range and have knowledge of our competitors * To provide guidance and training to each team member to improve their performance and to ensure that all Technicians are doing their jobs effectively and confidently, collaborating as a team * To monitor and ensure that the completion of all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction * To ensure the Technicians are allocated to jobs according to skill set * To ensure customer vehicles are handled with care whilst the responsibility of the Service Workshop and that all cars are cleaned and valeted ready for handover to customer at agreed time frames Salary expectations - OTE £65,000.00 depending on experience Hours Monday-Friday 8.00am -18.00pm Weekends - Discussed on Interview Holiday – 22 days plus bank holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: From £45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Company pension * Employee discount * Free parking * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Work Location: In person
