We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic/Fitter/Technician to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs to ensure aircraft remain safe, compliant and serviceable. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical standards and a commitment to safety, quality and teamwork. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm with occasional opportunities for overtime. Key Responsibilities: * Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved procedures and regulations. * Perform fault finding, repairs and component replacement in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures. * Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance whilst always prioritising safety and regulatory compliance. * Contributing to the effective day-to-day operation. * Ensure maintenance activities are executed efficiently and on time. * Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of maintenance facilities and equipment. * Check, repair, and modify mechanical, electrical and electronic aircraft components and systems. * Complete maintenance documentation. * Support with conducting audits. * You must comply with health, safety, environmental and sustainability rules and regulations. Requirements/ Qualification: * UK CAA or EASA Part-66 Cat A licence, or progress toward licence application (desirable). * NVQ Level 3 completed in a recognised engineering qualification or the equivalent experience. * Previous aircraft maintenance experience desirable. * Strong understanding of aircraft mechanical systems, maintenance practices and technical documentation. * Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, task cards and engineering instructions. * Ability to complete tasks within defined timescales. * You must be able to work professionally and responsibly on your own and as part of a team. * You must be an excellent team player and communicator. * You must possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. * Full UK driving licence (desirable).
