We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor based in Flitwick for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a well-established and busy MOT Centre and Service centre.  Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor Speaking with customers and booking jobs Scheduling workloads. Ordering relevant parts You will be required to work on all makes and models of cars and vans and be committed to working to a high standard. Undertaking Vehicle checks ensuring they are road safe and up to standard. Complete MOT Tests if required. Health & Safety Awareness. Staff training. Requirements for a successful Workshop Supervisor Previous track record of workshop supervisor experience or senior mechanic leading a team. Experienced MOT Tester – Valid MOT testing licence  NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or time-served experience. Excellent organisational skills and capable to work under pressure. Great at leading and working as part of a team. Hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.
