This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality trimming, upholstery, and interior finishes across a range of vehicles. Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, and fit interior materials for vehicles Trim and upholster seats, panels, headliners, and interior components Repair, refurbish, and replace damaged upholstery and fittings Install flooring, linings, panels, and finishing trims Interpret technical drawings and job specifications Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve high-quality finishes Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in vehicle trimming, upholstery, or automotive interiors Proficiency with trimming tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret measurements  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift materials as required What’s on Offer Temporary to permanent position Opportunities for progression Supportive and collaborative working environment If you are passionate about vehicle interiors and take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
