The company offers integrated services, including portside operations for new vehicles, refurbishment, storage, imaging, financial solutions, and logistics, supporting both the expanding used car market and the core remarketing processes.  Client’s Objectives:  Enhance the efficiency and productivity of the bodyshop.  Ensure meticulous handling and accurate documentation of vehicle conditions.  Boost customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service delivery.  Job Description:  We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team as a Vehicle Bodyshop Supervisor.   Key Responsibilities:  Effectively lead and manage the Bodyshop team Plan, control and coordinate all daily activities of the Bodyshop Ensure all KPI’s are met by supporting the Bodyshop team. Must be hands on when required painting, prepping, polishing vehicles Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard Effective prioritising the WIP report for completed vehicles Always maintain the highest possible productivity and efficiency Adhere to all company Health and Safety and legislation policies.  Qualifications:  Management / Supervisory experience in a similar role Full UK/EU driving licence.
