If you have completed a mechanical engineering course or similar then this could be an advantage. A leading automotive component manufacturer in Witham is growing their team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to train as Carbon Laminators. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive environment, producing parts for top-tier motorsport clients. What you'll be doing: Assisting in the production of high-performance vehicle components Preparing patterns and laying up carbon fibre materials Verifying and handling material kits Applying sealants and release agents Hand-laying pre-preg carbon fibre to specification (Don't worry - full training is provided!) What we're looking for: Great hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity A careful, detail-focused approach A keen interest in working with your hands This is a permanent role subject to you passing a 13 week probation.
