Vacancy - Trainee Car Sales Executive - Burnley area An exciting opportunity has arisen for dynamic and motivated individual to join our client's car dealership in Burnley as a Trainee Car Sales Executive, full training will be provided. Selling used cars, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from the outset. The role: As the Trainee Car Sales Executive, you will be an instrumental part of the customer's journey. You will be enthusiastically introducing them to vehicles. You will demonstrate the unique features and technology and be a point of contact for customers prior to delivery & post-sale. Provide product presentation, explaining the vehicle benefits and features. Provide a comprehensive and enjoyable handover experience to our customers. Prepare customer's cars to our high standards. Maintain customer relationships pre and post-sale. Maintain the pitch display.About you: Natural talent for connecting with people, strong communication and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers. This would suit someone from a sales background within another industry or someone from the hospitality industry with excellent customer service skills. Strong team player, keen to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers. Excellent administrative & IT skills. Genuine interest in the automotive industry. Ability to learn and develop and keep up to date with complex/technical/product information. Ideally have experience working in the service or sales industry with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Must be eligible to work in the UK and have a valid clean UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 1 year (no disqualifications) Basic - £25,000 OTE - £40,000 - £45,000 (uncapped) Hours: Each 3rd Saturday off plus day off in the week (5 day working week) Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm Who are you applying to?
