Join our customer's Vehicle Design Programme Management team as a Technical Project Manager - Specialist, where creativity meets precision. Based in Gaydon, this contract role is your chance to be the driving force behind the delivery of our Design Vision-from concept to production. 🌟 About the Role As a creative enabler, you will lead and manage all non-creative activities across a range of programmes, including Core, SV, Accessories, and Bespoke. Your mission: to ensure seamless delivery of the Design Vision by fostering collaboration, driving alignment, and maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams. 🔧 Key Responsibilities * Champion the delivery of the Design Vision across all programme phases. * Lead programme management activities, ensuring alignment with Core, SV, Accessories, and Bespoke streams. * Act as the primary liaison between Vehicle Design and wider enterprise teams (Product Engineering, Commercial, etc.). * Own and communicate programme content, including approved changes and studies. * Track, measure, and report key metrics to ensure programme success. * Identify and resolve risks, issues, and impediments swiftly and effectively. * Develop and maintain credible short- and long-term plans aligned with departmental priorities. * Ensure resource alignment and escalate gaps to stakeholders as needed. * Guide creative teams on asset requirements based on programme needs and value. * Embrace Agile methodologies to coordinate and deliver all programme activities. * Share lessons learned and lead continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ What You'll Need * A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills. * Experience in a creative or design-led environment. * Proven ability to manage complex programmes and cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with Agile ways of working is a plus
