Fusion Resources is looking for a Stores Person / Parts Advisor responsible for the stock management on site for our client in Scunthorpe, easily commutable from Hull, Goole, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Barton Upon Humber, Grimsby, and the surrounding areas. This role offers an amazing chance at career development Working hours are Monday to Friday days - 8 h shifts Payrate is equivalent of £13 per h standard and £19.5 per h overtime The ideal candidate will be used to working with ERP systems, and have stock room control experience. You will be a good communicator and methodical in nature, as you will be working closely with the sales team on part quotations and answering customer enquiries. Key Accountabilities: * Participating in stock counts as required. * Updating ERP system with new pricing, stock availability, lead times etc. * Ensuring all stock is managed through the business’ ERP system (RTDMS. * Issuing tooling and PPE to employees, following the correct process for doing so. * Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and lead times for goods required. * Goods inwards inspection and processing of goods received into stock via the ERP system. * Accurate record keeping and inputting of data into the ERP system (RTDMS) and other management areas, such as Excel. * Safe unloading and storage of goods received using a FLT. * Organising logistics for the movement of goods to customers and/or between company sites. * Any other duties as/when required by Management. * Carrying out all administrative functions relevant to the role. * Answering and forwarding telephone calls Experience and qualifications * Experience working with Inventory management systems is essential. * Experience of working in a target driven manufacturing environment is important. * Experience working in a similar role in a warehouse/stores environment is critical. * Full UK driving license is required * FLT license is required * Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH Working Safely is desirable Application Process For more details please apply to the role or call us on (phone number removed) The Consultancy Established in 2003, Fusion Resources Ltd is a Professional Recruitment Company with offices based in Scarborough, York and Hull.
