Service Parts Specialist - Germany We are working on behalf of a globally recognised motorcycle and automotive brand to recruit a Service Parts Specialist to be based on site near Freiberg (Germany) and oversee the end-to-end management of a spares and service operation supporting the DACH region. This pivotal role involves not only supervising daily operations but also enhancing sales and profitability.  You should have automotive/motorcycle sector aftermarket service and parts experience. The Service Parts Specialist is responsible for coordinating with DACH based dealers and various internal teams to ensure seamless operation and exceptional service levels. Integral to this position is the strategic oversight of over 20,000 SKUs, focusing on optimizing inventory, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Service Parts Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and driving strategic initiatives to improve system efficiencies and non-motorcycles sales. A significant part of this includes enhancing system efficiencies, reducing operational costs, and improving customer satisfaction. Collaboration with IT, finance, and logistics teams is essential for streamlining operations and improving the non-motorcycles supply chain. Additionally, the role demands team leadership, fostering professional growth, and promoting a culture of innovation. This role requires strategic insight, operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach to generate success. Key Responsibilities: -    Operational Supervision and Sales Enhancement: Oversee daily operational aspects of the non-motorcycles business, ensuring efficient order processing (as per the defined SLAs, backorder management), stock management, and pushing for increased sales. Set targets, establish minimum stock criteria (APG), and monitor dealer performance. -    Inventory and Obsolete Stock Management: Monitor stock quality, manage replenishments (periodic orders and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) orders to Central Warehouse - DACH), evaluate and handle obsolete inventory, and prepare management papers for inventory decisions. -    Dealer Relations and Support: Act as the primary contact for dealers regarding non-motorcycles issues escalation. Provide comprehensive support, training, and guidance, including for new dealer development and initial stock management. -    Technical Expertise and Portal Management: Serve as a technical expert, working with the EPC Team on non-motorcycles queries and catalogues. Maintain and update the Dealer Portal, ensuring complete and accurate product listings. -    Data Management and Reporting: Manage large datasets in Excel, proficient in functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Produce insightful reports and presentations on business performance. -    Price and Master Data Management: Define non-motorcycles pricing strategies in collaboration with finance (market study and benchmarking competitors non-motorcycle price) and maintain master data in SAP in coordination with the Master Data Management Team. -    Warehouse Interaction and Process Support: Regularly visit the Central Warehouse EMEA for space efficiency improvements. Support the maintenance of Part Numbers (P/Ns) versions and the "Determination File". Assist in the returns process. -    Process Optimization and IT Coordination: Collaborate with IT for SAP optimization, process development, and resolving order issues. Ensure proactive international business management and continuous system improvements. To support this role, you will ideally have/be: -    Experience in non-motorcycles management. Proven track record in managing non-motorcycles operations, preferably in the automotive sector. -    Supply Chain and Logistics Expertise: Solid understanding and experience in supply chain management, including logistics and inventory control. -    Financial Management Skills: Competency in managing budgets and understanding financial impacts in a non-motorcycles context. -    Customer Service Orientation: Strong background in managing customer relationships and addressing customer needs in non-motorcycles or related fields. -    IT Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant IT systems like SAP, and skills in data management and analysis. -    Be able to speak English to a reasonable level.
