Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Customer Service Advisor with previous experience to join their ever expanding business. Are you a high-performance individual giving best level of customer service? Do you have good mechanical understanding of cars and parts? Main: * Permanent role * Salary between £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience * Salary review after 3 months * Uniform provided * Training provided * Monday - Friday (8am - 5:00pm) Key Tasks: * Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service. * Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries. * Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested. * Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us. * Managing service bookings walk-ins and recoveries. * Keeping updated with product knowledge. * Creating job packs and other admin duties. * Invoicing customers and taking payments. Requirements: * Previous customer service advisor experience within the automotive industry highly desirable but not essential. * Customer Service advisor qualification beneficial but not essential If you feel like you match the above criteria and would like to join a well-established team, we would love to hear from you
