Here at Sibley Automotive We are seeking a front of house / service advisor for our family run vehicle servicing and repair business. We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional person to join our existing team that provides the Customer face of Sibley Automotive. The right person will be a team player who works well under pressure and has a passion for customer service. The job roll will consist of managing both incoming and outgoing telephone calls, Customer bookings, Online enquires, Quoting jobs, upselling work and ordering parts The right applicant will have good communication skills along with self motivation to be successful.
