Role - Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Salary - £27,500 basic OTE £33,000 Location - Liverpool Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Liverpool, Merseyside, to find them an experienced and quality Service Advisor / Service Receptionist. The business a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training. They will aim to have you train as a fully accredited Service Advisor within the first 12 months. This would see your basic salary increase to over £28,500. As a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. Requirements to be considered for the role of Service Advisor / Service Receptionist: * At least 1 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network) * Enthusiasm and passionate about customer service and sales * Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred) Salary and working hours: The business is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £27,500, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales - earning an average of £33,000.
