Coordinate with technicians to ensure that vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that all service records are accurately documented and maintained. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. Requirements: Motor Trade experience as a Service Advisor / Service Administrator / Service Receptionist within a Car Dealer or Service Centre; Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; Full UK driving licence; Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and Motor Trade DMS systems. Any Motor Trade training such as a Service Advisor accreditation would be a bonus.
