Vacancy - Service Advisor - Blackburn We are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Automotive Service Advisor for a thriving dealership in the Blackburn Area. Working hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis. Package = up to £26,500 basic with excellent bonuses taking the OTE uncapped of £30,000. A good Advisor could expect to earn IRO £35,000 Some of the key tasks will be: v Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken v Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them v Seek to obtain referrals for customers' families and friends v Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems v Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts v Advise customers on parts enquiries and availability of parts v Document all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy v Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
