Regional Sales Manager - Gloucester Position Summary Reporting to the Program & Sales Manager, located in Germany, the Regional Sales Manager, based from Gloucestershire, UK will have a proven and accomplished track record in Aerospace/ Defence/ Marine, for a Global Aerospace Tier 1 Supplier. The role is responsible for the detection and development of projects within the UK & IOM assigned geographical area, to generate new business and sustain customer relationships, in driving business success. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Generating leads to develop new business opportunities and proactively marketing to target customers Market analysis and reporting, with a focus on emerging projects, competition, technologies and partnerships Presentation to key UK/ European OEMs and their supply-chain functions Maintaining customer care and relationships for existing accounts and growing the customer contact base Budget planning, forecasting of annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and associated reporting Utilising successful experience to support large bespoke orders, multinational customers and their supply chains Manage customer account sales, working to defined sales targets and supporting the Sales office with customer service actions Completion of any work-related tasks, which would be deemed reasonable of this role.Job Requirements, Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Essential Travel (more than 50%) Excellent written and verbal communications with proven ability to create and present sales strategies, market analysis and required reporting Professional and highly driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills across all levels UK/ European Driving licence is essential as this role will mainly be travelling.Desirable: Ideally an engineering background and/ or a Degree in Sales or Business Administration Organised, autonomous and results driven Fluent in English, ideally Italian or a second language, to work in a multi-cultural environment Strong customer focus, pricing, negotiation and commercial-thinking skills A sound track record of dealing with large and complex bids, in a sales environment.For more information please get in contact with Jamie Birch at Carbon60.
